What you’ll need: 

• Small skewers or popsicle sticks
• 1 whole Ripe banana slice into 1/2 inch wheels
• 1 IHP Chocolate Bar 
• Chocolate sprinkles or finely chopped nuts, for topping

Directions:

1. Line a baking sheet with silicone mats or parchment paper and set it aside. Then break your cannabis-infused chocolate bar into small pieces and melt them on the stove or microwave to create a chocolate dip. Stir constantly. Be sure not to burn your canna-chocolate!
2. Dip your banana slices (strawberries or pretzels work too!) into the canna-chocolate, making sure each slice is fully coated.
3. Place your canna-bananas on parchment paper or silicone mats. 
4. Gently poke each slice with a small skewer or popsicle stick.
5. Dust with sprinkles of choice. 
6. Allow the chocolate to set, about 10 minutes. Indulge with mom immediately or store for up to 3 days in the freezer. Enjoy!

• Glass jar and lid

Directions:

1. Add 700g of epsom salts to your glass jar.
2. Add 14g of cannabis oil to the jar and stir.
3. Repeat until the salts are evenly coated, but not wet.
4. Add your mom’s favorite essential oils — somewhere between 20-40 drops should do it.
5. Add your mom’s favorite dried flowers, and stir.
6. Allow the mix to settle for an hour or two before using.
7. Use 170–350g per bath and soak for at least 20 minutes to get the full benefits.
